2. Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Regional / Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days

International Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply during selected campaigns or on qualifying orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details (where available).

5. Delays

While we aim to deliver within estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will always do our best to assist.

6. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date so we can assist in resolving the issue.

8. Collection / Pickup (Optional)

If local pickup is offered, customers will be contacted once the order is ready for collection.
